Royalties at Inkwell Press typically take the form of a generous revenue share: You, the author, get 50 percent of net receipts. Conventional publishers, by contrast, pay only around 15 percent of net receipts. We can be generous with royalties because our technology empowers you, the author, to handle most of the book production, thereby cutting costs on our end.
